Payca Group provides B2B payment infrastructure services including card issuing, virtual IBANs, API integrations, and on/off-ramp solutions. Access to services is subject to separate agreements and applicable regulatory requirements.

Services are available exclusively to legal entities and their authorized representatives. Individual consumers are not eligible to apply for services directly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia (for EU operations under Actisas OÜ) and Canada (for operations under Parex Finance Inc.), depending on the jurisdiction of the applicable service agreement.
