Actisas OÜ (Registry code: 16787203, Str. Ravi 2, Tallinn, Estonia) is the data controller for EU-based processing. Parex Finance Inc. (Corporation Number: 1001302786, Ottawa, Canada) is the controller for Canadian operations.

We may collect business contact information (name, email, company name), technical data (IP address, browser type), and data submitted through onboarding and KYB/KYC processes. We do not collect personal data from individuals for consumer purposes.

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is processed for: responding to business inquiries, conducting KYB/AML compliance checks, fulfilling regulatory obligations under FINTRAC (Canada) and applicable EU regulations, and operating our payment infrastructure services.

Processing is based on: contractual necessity, legal obligations (AML/KYB compliance), and legitimate business interests.

Business and compliance records are retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with FINTRAC requirements and applicable EU AML directives.
